my personal view on this is:

It seems to me that the constitutional rights of all Americans are being taken away with out our knowledge. Now days it hard to figure out just what we can and can't do anymore. Even though we are a society of adventurist and the thirst to explore is not taken for granted. I see that many of us have gone to the extreme in a lot of areas. Even with the blogs that are out now, our point of views are closely monitored. I do understand the need to protect the nation and all it's inhabits but, do we really need a check list of do's and don't's? Maybe we do!
